PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments – all through PayPal. You are not required to register for an account on PayPal to make purchases from our online shop, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

To pay with a credit card choose the PayPal option and then the “continue without a PayPal account” link on the PayPal page. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me and I will happily help you.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING

Perfect Days ships worldwide from Toledo (Spain)

Shipments to Spain take about 8 business days and reception of full payment.
International delivery is of 10-15 business days, depending on your location or customs delays.

You will receive an email letting you know once your item has been handmade and dispatched.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct on PayPal. If you notice that PayPal has a wrong shipping address for you, please email us as soon as possible and we will try to make sure that we send it to the correct address. Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges or items not received due to an incorrect address.

Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can exchange or return the items you’ve buyed in perfectdays.bigcartel.com before 10 days from the date you have received, always that the item is in perfect condition and has not been used.

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please inform us by email within a deadline of 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage with a tracking number is to be paid by the customer.

We will only be able to process your return if you email us the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to us.

We will try to process returns promptly. Card refunds may take up to 2 weeks for your bank to complete. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
